Southern Crossing Experiences

Tim Kneeland, Southern cross country, TK&A, recumbent bike, Georgia Glashauser

The Tim Kneeland and Associates (TK&A) staff made the Southern Crossing journey memorable in many unexpected ways. It was promoted as the Disney-to-Disney Tour, although the Walt Disney organization did not provide endorsement, promotion, sponsorship, nor was connected with it in any way. We started bicycling from the Hampton Inn, one half block from the entrance to Disneyland in Anaheim, California and ended the journey near Disney World at the Clarion Inn Maingate in Orlando, Florida. We convened on Sunday, April 14, 2002 at the Hampton Inn. Forest Roberts, our mechanic, assembled our bikes.
